Being best friends makes our band even better!
Being best friends makes our band even better!
Lee is our lead vocalist and lead guitarist and can play any instrument he picks up (we all hate him just a little). He and Jacki live outside of Hesperus, Colorado for the summer months and in Brenda, Arizona for the winter. He is also our preacher, teacher, and handy man.
Del, our resident eclectic, has recently picked up several new interests, including raising Scottish Highland Cows and New Zealand Kunekune Pigs, managing rental cabins, maintaining a large salt-water reef tank and collecting British air rifles. He is our banjo player.
Sandy plays the violin. She comes from a musically gifted family and is so talented even the deer come out to hear her play. Her husband, Bob, is our most loyal fan!
Jacki is our taskmaster, but she does it with a lot of laughter. She plays 12-string guitar and mandoline. She makes excellent Kombucha and is our resident expert on all things healthy. She is a loving mother and grandmother of ten! Lee and Jacki are in their fourth decade of marriage.
Rebecca, to the surprise of her husband, suggested giving up city life for a five-hundred acre remote ranch in the Rockies. Her favorite moments are taking care of her husband, daughters and grandchildren. She loves hot drinks on the porch. She is our bassist and also plays mandoline.
We’re getting ready to play for a dance in Arizona. We added a drummer, Ron Kronig, who is also Sandy’s son.
A friend in Vallecito, Colorado lent us her home for a recording session. It is beautiful!
